On your invoice, you get an overview of the mobility expenses made by you over the past month.
The correct VAT rate is automatically indicated.
You can easily pay your invoice in the Olympus app or via direct debit.
You will also find an overview of your already-paid invoices.
After downloading the Olympus app, you create a business profile. At the same time, you select your mobility profile.
You set a deposit. This deposit determines the upper limit of your expenses. You will never spend more than this amount. This way, you always maintain control.
After completing these steps, you gain access to over 35 mobility services in one app.
Every time you purchase a ticket from one of these services in the app, your mobility expense is recorded on the monthly invoice. The invoice automatically indicates the correct VAT rate.
